Shipping FAQ
We want you to love your new art. If, unfortunately, a piece doesn't quite fit in your space, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll refund you the price of the art. Artwork must be returned in its original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and any customs and brokerage fees incurred during the return process. Currently, custom orders or artwork modified at the request of the customer cannot be returned. Please double-check dimensions carefully before making a purchase.
Our return process is straightforward. Upon receiving your item for the first time, please ensure to keep the original packaging. Repackage the artwork into its original box and get in touch with our customer service team at official@flanyd.com. You have the option to use any courier service to ship it back to our return address, and the item must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the order. Damaged artwork will not be eligible for a refund.
We package all artwork in custom-built art boxes to ensure safe delivery, so receiving damaged art is a rare occurrence, but we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you receive a damaged piece of art, please contact us within 24 hours and provide photos at official@flanyd.com. Please save the box and all packaging materials, as we require these items to process the claim.
We take pride in offering our products at the lowest possible prices while providing ultra-low-cost shipping services. Regardless of the size of your purchase, we offer shipping for $8.00.
Certainly, we're delighted to offer worldwide shipping for our artwork. Kindly be aware that delivery times for art shipped outside the contiguous United States may range from two to four weeks, depending on the destination country. Furthermore, please note that there may be applicable duties, taxes, and/or fees associated with the artwork. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information regarding duties and taxes.
For artwork shipped outside of the contiguous United States, shipping costs vary depending on the size of the art, the destination country, and the packing materials needed for safe transportation. You can add the selected artwork to your shopping cart to view the exact shipping cost, or you can contact us by email at official@flanyd.com for assistance.
All artwork is packaged in custom-built art packaging to ensure safe delivery. We ship artwork via USPS to ensure timeliness and security. Please note that signature confirmation upon delivery is not required unless requested.
Express Delivery! Our artwork typically ships within three business days. Once your artwork is shipped, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for delivery. You will receive an email with a tracking number to accurately track your artwork's arrival. You can also track your order via our tracking system. If you require expedited delivery before a tight deadline, please contact us at official@flanyd.com before placing your order so we can arrange expedited shipping and delivery.
We accept payment methods such as PayPal, Visa, American Express, Shop Pay, Mastercard, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Amazon, and others. Tax will be charged on orders shipped to the European Union.
